On March 5th I got a surprising phone call from David Foster’s office in LA.
It appears as though our efforts at getting the word out are beginning to pay off. David Foster has invited me to join him in LA in April to perform at a private function. He’s asked me to sing “Because We Believe,” and “Italia” – and David himself will accompany me on piano! Needless to say I’m excited and nervous. Actually, I’m just really looking forward to seeing the sun down there because it’s still snowing up here

CONGRATULATIONS! I was just watching David’s PBS special and thinking: David needs to call Ken! And then I saw your blog….GOOD LUCK!
I just wanted to say congratulations! That’s amazing! I was there at David Foster’s book signing when you met him. Afterwards, I told Mr. Foster that for a long time I thought that you two would make a good pairing and he looked at me and said, “You know what? You might be right.”
